Truck fundraiser

Update: Exciting news! We have a donor who will match up to $10,000 for our Truck Fundraiser! Can you help us reach our new goal?

We have amazing donors.

We have fantastic volunteers.
We have families on our wait list.
We have beds, furniture, and more in our warehouse.

What we don't have is a truck.

In June, we were able to take drop-off donations from 25 donors and, with a borrowed truck, pick up from 35 homes.

That sounds like a lot of beds, furniture, and other items, doesn't it? It sure was, but we are pleased to have so much, because it means we have what we need to furnish households in need.

We recently delivered to four homes and a partial list of what we delivered includes: 3 queen-size mattresses and 3 queen-size boxsprings, two twin XL mattresses, 5 bed frames, 4 couches, 4 dining tables, 13 dining chairs, 2 TV stands, 2 dressers, 2 nighstands, a bookshelf, and a coffee table.

Every pick up and delivery reminds us how much we depend on a truck to do our work. If you can, support our efforts to buy a truck so we can keep meeting the needs! Thank you!
